PROPERTY RIGHTS:

It is not lawful to use the name of Grintafy in any application or form including the logo or images in the application. “Grintafy” is a trademark registered in the United States and is subject to copyright.

USAGE RESTRICTIONS:

The application of Grintafy meant to be used by amateur sports players. All topics, images and discussions in the application must be focused on these topics. The application may not be used for profanity, obscene, defamatory, insulting, or promoting hate and racial discrimination. In the event administrator of the application finds a user that is not complying with these terms, we are entitled to delete and ban the user from using the application again.

DISCLOSURE:

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

PAYMENT:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Grintafy Players App stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS:

A. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Your monthly subscription will start when your payment is confirmed and will continue for a period of thirty days. When you purchase a monthly subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your subscription plan. You authorize us to store your data and to automatically charge your payment method every month until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time within any 30-day subscription period. However, any cancellation will only become effective at the end of the 30-day subscription period it was submitted in. No refunds and/or rebates will be paid for any part of the 30-day subscription. Because there’s no annual contract, your monthly rate is subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your monthly rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms.

B. YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION

Your yearly subscription will begin as soon as your payment is confirmed and will continue for a full 365 days. Once you purchase a yearly subscription, auto-renew is automatically selected in your subscription plan. By authorizing us to store your data, you agree to be automatically charged every year until you cancel. You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time within the 365-day subscription period. However, please note that any cancellation will only become effective at the end of the current subscription period. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or rebates for any part of the 365-day subscription. As a yearly subscriber, you'll enjoy exclusive access to premium features and content on Grintafy Plus, including our personalized news feed, community features, and instant messaging.

C. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

The only valid method for cancelling your Auto Renewal Subscription is by going to the settings on your phone and canceling it from your subscriptions. Note that you can not cancel it from the app. And the cancellation will only become effective at the end of the 30-day subscription period it was submitted in.

D. AUTO RENEW

The subscription fee will be automatically withdrawn at the end of the 30-day subscription period, as long as the subscription remains active and is not cancelled. If you cancel your subscription during the 30-day period, there will be no refund for the remaining days but the subscription will remain active. However, your subscription will not be renewed after the 30th day from the date of your initial subscription.

E. DISCOUNTS

There will be exclusive discounts on our subscription service that can be easily applied when available. There will be promotional offers and reduced subscription fees to enjoy premium features and content on Grintafy Plus.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY:

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
