Cairo, May 31, 2025—In a significant step toward supporting sports talents and empowering Egyptian youth, the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Grintafy, the largest talent discovery platform in the Middle East region, signed a cooperation protocol. His Excellency Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, and Eng. Majdi Allulu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grintafy, attended the event.
This protocol aligns with the goals of sustainable development and Egypt’s Vision 2030, which aims to advance youth athletically and socially and foster a modern and evolving sports movement that enhances Egypt’s position regionally and internationally in the sports field.
His Excellency Dr. Ashraf Sobhy affirmed that the collaboration with Grintafy stems from a strong belief in the importance of discovering and developing football talents in Egypt. This initiative is expected to positively impact national sports and enhance the capabilities of Egyptian youth. The protocol marks a continuation of the ministry’s efforts to improve the quality of life for Egyptian citizens and to develop their lifestyle through sports as a key tool for comprehensive development.
For his part, Eng. Majdi Allulu, Founder of Grintafy, expressed his pride in partnering with the Ministry of Youth and Sports. He emphasized that the joint project aims to implement professional programs for identifying and developing football talents by collaborating with the Football Federation, top European and Saudi clubs, and international sports academies. The project offers real opportunities for young players to train under world-class coaches, enhancing their technical and physical skills and preparing them to compete in both local and international championships.
